Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 10 days before departure: Full refund
- Cancellation 3 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation 2 days before or on departure day: No refund or changes
- Booking change: Allowed once up to 1 week before departure (Not available for group bookings with minimum 6 people)
- Force majeure (natural disasters, etc.): Full refund with proof
- Cancellation due to personal reasons: No refund
※ All requests must follow Canberra local business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Closed on weekends and public holidays)

- Tours leave on time. If you are late, you cannot join and there is no refund.
